1. Agreement
These Terms are an agreement between you and Mimi Studio d.o.o., Trubarjeva cesta 79, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia ("we", "us"). They cover the 1000 Days website and the 1000 Days lifetime bundle. When you use the website or buy the bundle, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Each app also has its own terms, which apply inside that app.
2. Not medical or therapeutic advice
The website and apps give general information and activities for families. They are not medical, developmental, speech-therapy or nutritional advice, and they do not diagnose or treat anything. Talk to a pediatrician or a qualified professional about your child's health, feeding or development. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
Rose offers general stretching and mobility routines. It is not medical or physiotherapy advice. Check with your doctor or midwife before exercising after giving birth.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live. The website and the purchase are for parents and caregivers, not for children.
4. The bundle
- The 1000 Days Lifetime Bundle is a one-time purchase that gives premium access to six apps for your child (Little Waves, Snozzzy, Yummy Bites, Speech Blubs, Nimi Kids and Reading Blubs) and two apps for you (Rose and Momstash), plus the digital bonuses listed on the offer page. Reading Blubs is activated with an unlock code sent by email. On Android: Yummy Bites, Speech Blubs and Rose. The other five apps are App Store only. Momstash is iPhone only.
- "Lifetime" means for as long as we offer each app. If we stop offering an app, we will tell you ahead of time.
- You activate access in each app with the email address you used at checkout, following the steps in your access email (for most apps, by signing in with that email). Access is personal to your household. Do not resell or share it publicly.
- The bundle does not renew. There is no subscription.
5. Payment and refunds
Prices are shown before checkout and Stripe processes the payment. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
You can ask for a full refund within 3 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. If you live in the EU, EEA or UK, you have 14 days, in line with your statutory right of withdrawal. After a refund, premium access in the apps ends. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
6. Intellectual property
We or our licensors own the website, apps and their content. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them. Do not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or build a competing service from them.
7. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate others, interfere with the service, try to get unauthorized access, or use it in a way that could harm minors.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties beyond those stated in these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the bundle or EUR 100. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Termination
We may suspend access if you seriously breach these Terms. You can ask us to close your account and delete your data at any time by emailing [email protected].
11. Governing law
The laws of the Republic of Slovenia govern these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ljubljana have jurisdiction. You keep any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will tell you about material changes by email or on the website. Changes do not affect purchases already made.
